01- Install the official 1.1.1.1 / WARP app by Cloudflare.
- Enable WARP or Traffic and DNS. Wait for Connected. DNS only does not tunnel game traffic.
- With WARP connected, open EntheraME as usual. Keep the WARP app active while playing.

Windows
02- Install the official 1.1.1.1 / WARP app by Cloudflare.Private browsing
If asked, choose Private browsing on the left. Accept the terms in the app. You do not need to enroll in an organization.
- Enable WARP or Traffic and DNS. Wait for Connected. DNS only does not tunnel game traffic.
- Extract the full game ZIP. Open JogarComWARP.cmd in the folder containing JogarEntheraME.exe. The assistant tries to connect and opens the game after confirming the tunnel.

Extract these files into the same folder as JogarEntheraME.exe. Do not replace or remove the game resource folders.
The language follows Windows. To choose manually, open EscolherIdiomaWARP.cmd.

This error occurs when the app tries to use organizational Cloudflare Zero Trust mode without valid authentication, for example after its registration is lost or revoked.
EntheraME players must use personal WARP without joining an organization. Do not register an organization to play.
Android
- Open the personal 1.1.1.1 app and check its settings for an associated Zero Trust organization. Menus may vary by version.
- If an organization is associated, use the option to leave it when available, then set up personal WARP again without entering an organization name. Cloudflare One Agent is the organizational app; use personal 1.1.1.1 to play.
- In the 1.1.1.1 settings, select full WARP, not DNS only (1.1.1.1). Turn on the connection, accept the VPN profile if prompted, and wait for Connected.
- If you cannot leave the organizational configuration in 1.1.1.1, open Android settings, find the 1.1.1.1 app and use its clear data/storage option. This removes that app’s settings. Names vary by manufacturer. Reopen it and set up personal WARP without an organization; reconnect and confirm an active status.
Windows
- Open the WARP icon in the notification area. In the interface with a cog icon, go to Preferences > Account; in the new interface, Profile > Account information. Check for an associated Zero Trust organization.
- To reset the organizational association using official app features, select Logout from Cloudflare Zero Trust or Logout, depending on the interface, when available. Then return to personal setup without registering an organization. No terminal commands are needed.
- In the personal WARP cog menu, choose full WARP, not 1.1.1.1 mode (DNS only). Turn the connection on again and wait for Connected before opening the game.
On managed devices, the organization may prevent leaving. If this makes the option unavailable, contact the device administrator.
If the problem persists, update or reinstall the official personal app using the Android or Windows download above. Set it up without an organization, choose full WARP and confirm an active connection.
